At WellTea we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality and service for all our ‘WellTea friends’. The delicately handcrafted tea leaves and exclusive blends are packed with utmost care to ensure they arrive into your hands in perfect condition every time. But on the rare occasion that it doesn’t, due to an order being damaged in transit, rest assured we will replace it. No questions asked.
If you are returning an item to us; due to an error on our part, or due to damaged packaging or because you are not completely satisfied – please let us know and we’ll advise you how and where to send it to receive a replacement item or a complete refund.
Please note, if you wish to receive a refund for items purchased, we cannot cover the postage cost to return the items to us. If your return is due to a faulty product or the incorrect product being delivered then we promise to cover your postage costs. However, if the return is due to an ordering error or a change of mind, then we cannot cover your shipping charges and it will be your responsibility. Once we have received the returned product in good condition, we will process the replacement order or provide credit or a refund as appropriate within 7 days.
When you want to return an order, please don’t forget to send us an email at [email protected] including the order number as well as your name, address and contact phone number along with details of the product or products you wish to return and the reason you are seeking a return. We will respond within 2 to 5 days.

Exchange Process
Send an email to customer service at [email protected] requesting a product return. Please include the order number your return relates to as well as your name, address and contact phone number along with details of the product or products you wish to return and the reason you are seeking a return.
We will respond to your request within two days.
If your return is due to a fault with the product or the incorrect product being delivered then postage costs will be covered by WellTea, if the return is due to an ordering error or a change of mind, shipping charges will be your responsibility.
